To put everyone out of your misery....:-)

Lindsay is very stable and doing fine. Dr. Devaney was happy with the new shunt and in a day or two we will see where she is at. Hopefully this will allow the perfect amount of blood flow to her lungs and she can finally start going in the right direction. When she cam up from the OR, her sats were at 83, she didn't have nitric on!!!!, and she was already down to 80 on the ventilator. So, again, the waiting game continues but all in all she looks good. We still have a long road and about two more weeks here. Hoping, if things keep on the up hill, that we will be home in time to take the boys trick-or-treating. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank each and every one of your for your continuing support and the prayers that come with it. I will update again tomorrow after we see her in the morning.
We love you all and you all have a special place in our hearts!
Love, Suzie and JR

PS Didn't post a picture because we have all seen enough of Lindsay with a ventilator in and her eyes shut. The next, she will have eyes open and hoping that tube is outa here!

Hi Suzie and Jr,

That is such good news, we were all a nervous wreck today when we read the blog. Thanks for the update so we will be able to sleep. We hope you two can rest a little easier tonight and we are all still praying for a great outcome and her speedy recovery. Keep positive, Miss Lindsay is on tough baby.

Hope Cruz is feeling better soon.
We love you all!!

That's great--the main picture is perfect. I tell her every morning, noon, and night to get better and be strong. She has the SWEETEST little face. I can't wait to see her in person. Sweet dreams to you all for a better, healthier tomorrow.

Love,
Amanda

Dear Dean Family,
I just got caught up with your updates, as we were out of town and away from a computer. Oh my word, what a rollercoaster.
And you had 2 children, in different hospitals, at the same time.
Our prayers will continue to be with Lindsay and your entire family. God bless Lindsay's special heart.
Ethan has a cardiology clinic appt tomorrow afternoon and if time allows, we will try to come up and find you.
Blessings, prayers & heart hugs,
Sandy,Chris,Ethan(7,HLHS/PLE), Carleigh & Carson (twins, heart healthy)

Thank goodness, we are all so relieved. Lindsay is such a fighter and I can see why. She has such a strong loving family.

You know kids do say the darndest things. Last night the kids were running around and all of the sudden Natalie stopped and started packing her back pack. I asked her what she was doing and she said she is packing to visit Lindsay in the hospital. I asked her what she would say to her when she got there. She said I'll tell her I'm sorry. For what? Because her heart is broke. But mommy she'll get better. I thought about that all night and this morning when I got to work I see Lindsay is doing much better. I know it is still a long road ahead, but she is a fighter. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Sarah, Charlie, Natalie, and Nathan

Hi you guys,,,I sure hope this works, for little Lindsay and you as well, she has been through enough for 1 little girl!! She is one tough baby. I think her mom's stubborn streak is with her,,what do you think, Suzie? We hope and pray this is the surgery that will get her outta there!! Prayers are with you all. Cole was here after school, and he is doing great I think, we were outside for a couple of hours and he seemed to have a great day at school too.
