She is closed and they are bringing her up to the ICU RIGHT NOW!!!!!!! Her oxygen level is 99%!!!!!!! I just can't explain the emotions right now. Dr. Ohye was very happy with everything and said that she looks great! I will update more after we see her. THANK YOU for all of the prayers throughout this VERY long night! Between Tommy's successful surgery and now learning about and following Lindsay...I have shed more "happy tears" and sent more thanks up to God than I have in a LONG, LONG time!

May God bless your family as you now journey down the road to recovery. Your daughter is beautiful...I know God has some special things in store for her! :-)

I read your updates throughout the night. Baby James must have known Lindsay was getting her heart as he was up all night, too! When I read about Lindsay's 99% sats, I knew you guys must have been so relieved!!!! I told my husband about that right away--you never even think about O2 sats until your baby only has them in the low 80s at best. We are so thankful that Lindsay got her brand new heart and that she is doing so wonderfully...can't wait to see pics!!!!

You just couldnt imagine the tears that a stranger, "me", has right now. I prayed all night, I couldnt sleep (cuz I dont have a computer at home to check for updates) so I rushed to work this morning KNOWING I would only hear good news and I AM JUST SO JOYOUS AND RELIEVED right now. I knew God would work a miracle for this brave and wonderful little Lindsay. I BELIEVE!!!!!!

Thank you lord for protecting Lindsay during her surgery, for keeping the doctors awake, safe and in control! Thank you for the new heart, a good heart, that will allow Lindsay to live a normal life with her family. Thank you for being here for all of us in your time of need and most of all for being YOU!!! In Jesus name, Amen.

I am keeping you in my thoughts throughout the day and remainder of Lindsays LONG life!

Love to all!!!

I can't sleep I am so happy! I feel blessed that I got to see you both this morning and share your joy. I feel even more blessed to have laid my eyes on your princess looking pretty darn pink and those sats - gorgeous! She is in excellent hands. All of us night folks waited with our breath held all night - and there she came just so we could see her! You are a special family, beyond words what you are for each other and those around you. You lift people up when we should be lifting you up. Thank you for sharing your life with us. I came home and woke up Lucas (breaking the NEVER wake a sleeping baby rule!) to hug him and love him and tell him all our family's prayers were answered and that Lindsay got her heart. He gooed and cooed and smiled and in baby talk he was thrilled! My parents sent their prayers all night as well, as all of Pod A and everyone that knows us did too! It is a gorgeous day outside, to celebrate a new beginning. The sun is shining on Lindsay, God is shining in her! It is just beyond words. You are an inspiration to us all! Can't wait to see her and you guys in a few days!
