praying for sweet Lindsay. I have a sweet little girl who is exactly a week older than Lindsay so everything with babies around her age really hits home. I am a blessed mommy, as I know you are. God bless the journey, you will be in my prayers and thoughts constantly. Fight, Lindsay, fight!

I just found your blog through the Wellens family. Know that this Mott family will be keeping your beautiful little girl in our prayers!

Our daughter, Nevaeh has had 3 open hearts at Mott with Dr. Bove. (She has Tetralogy of Fallot w/ Pulmonary Atresia) Lindsay could be in no better place (as I'm sure you know)!

I'm trying to think of something good to say but I'm coming up blank. This sucks!! (my mom hates it when we say that) I guess without the crappy days the good ones don't seem as good... but I'm sure you all could have gone forever without the past two days.

Just remember that you have tons of people hoping, praying, wishing and crossing every part of their bodies that will cross that tomorrow will be better than today - and each day will get better and better.

Love,
Amanda

I hope that today was a better day for Lindsay. I have been thinking about her a lot today and checking for updates.

I have to say what a tough little girl she is to go through all that she has gone through. I am 28 weeks pregnant and had a fall yesterday and starting contracting so I was admitted for observation and had an IV. I was such a wimp through it and after 4 tries they finally got one to work. After that, I thought about Lindsay and all the other little babies that have to go through this and how traumatic that must be for them but how tough they are to go through it. Thinking about that helps me to be able to tough it out a little better because if they can do it, a 28 year old woman better be able to do it! So tell Lindsay "thank you" for me for helping me be able to tough through those painful IV's and proceedures!

Thinking about and praying for sweet little Lindsay.

My son happened to catch me online checking in on Lindsay. He asked who's that? I let him know and reminded him of how she was the baby in need of a new heart and she got it recently. His response, "awesome". Lindsay we'll be thinking of you and hoping that all is well with the tests.
